Terms

Thank you for visiting our store. We invent and develop our own products and we are looking forward to fulfilling your needs and expectations.

For any question, comment or concern, send us an email to shop@theincrediblecompany.com. We will gladly read and reply to your message to our best. We speak French, English and German.


SHIPPING

We normally ship our products within 48 hours after receiving payment. If you haven't received an email concerning the shipping of your item within 5 days, don't hesitate to contact us to have more information.


PAYMENT

We accept payment through Paypal and Bank Transfer. Your order will be shipped shortly after we receive your payment. If you place an order for which we don't receive payment within 10 days, we will contact you and may cancel the order if necessary. Don't hesitate to contact us for any questions or special requests.


RETURNS, REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS

If you are not satisfied with one of our products as you receive it, please send us an email and we will do our best to accommodate you, by sending replacements for individual parts, for example.

In case of a defective product purchased within 30 days, if no other solution is appropriate, we will offer a replacement or a refund of the entire product, provided you send us back the defective product, a proof of purchase and a brief description of the problem.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.


CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CUSTOM ORDERS

We are a very small company and we will respond with great care to your questions, concerns and custom needs. Simply send us an email.


PACKAGING

Small orders are sent in bubble wrap envelopes, and larger orders in cardboard boxes. We do our best to package our products using sustainable materials, providing good protection and keeping the shipping costs low. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have special packaging requests.
